Chicken: 250 gm
Ginger garlic paste: 15 gm
Black pepper powder: 5 gm
Turmeric powder: 3 gm
Coriander powder: 3 gm
Cumin powder: 3 gm
Onion: 100 gm
Chilli: 4
Mustard oil: 10 gm
Coriander leaves: 15 gm
Mint leaves: 8-9 pieces
Curd: 10 gm
Salt: As per taste
Marinate the chicken with curd, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, red chilli powder for minutes.
Heat the oil.
Add and fry the chopped onions.
Add the marinated chicken, spices as well as salt, and keep cooking for minutes.
Meanwhile make a paste of the coriander leaves, chillies and mint leaves.
Add the paste to the chicken and mix well.
Now add half a cup of water, close the lid and keep cooking for another - minutes.
Serve hot with fulka/rice.
