Chana Daal -50 g
Rice Flour or powdered riced - 50 g
Onion - 25 g
Green chilli - 1 tbsp
Turmeric- 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soak the daal for at least - hours and cook it for - whistles with salt and turmeric .Remove access water and mash it a little if needed.
Heat gm of oil and add onion to it. Now add mashed daal and spices, cook everything together for - min. Let it cool
Make dough with rice flour and hot water. Be careful while making it as you are using hot water
Make dumplings using above dough and mixture
Steam them for min and serve them with dip of your choice
