Dal - 65 gm

Rice - 40 gm

Vegetable - Ridge Goard - 200gm

Onion - 1 small optional

Tomato - 1 medium size

Method

Step 1

Take a pressure cooker and Add small spoon ghee - gms add Hing & Jeera and small onion as tadka

Step 2

Add Ridge Gourd and put the flame on sim for about - mins

Step 3

Add - Daal (Lentil) and chopped tomato with required water quantity - small bowl should be enough

Step 4

Lid the pressure cooker and until whistles then simmer for - minutes. . Garnish with Coriander and serve hot with Rice

Step 5

Boil rice as usual separately
