Zucchini grated and water squeezed : 100gms
Wheat flour :60gms
Oil 2gms
Salt as per taste
Jeera rozsted : as per taste
Jeera powder as per taste
Grated ginger: 1/2 tsp
STEPS: . Grate zucchini and squeeze the water out of it . Add jeera powder, grated ginger , salt,roasted jeera,oil,wheat flour and mix well . Add warm water slowly and make a dough and keep it closed for half an hour . After half an hour roll out parathas using little bit extra wheat flour for rolling . Cook parathas and enjoy with any side dish or yoghurt
