Take out chilled coconut cream can from refrigerator. .Open the can and carefully take out the thick cream from the can in a bowi. .Take almond flour in another bowl and start adding cream , tbsp at a time. Now add butter, essence to it as required.Make sure it forms a ladoo. Can reduce cream if you find it runny. .Add sweetner to this according to taste. .Mix all well and start forming small balls of the dough. .Stick chocolate chunks on top, chill for sometime and enjoy..
