Oil: 10 ml
Onion: 50 gm
Garlic: 3 cloves
Ginger paste: 1 tspn
Chillies: 2
Cilantro: 1/4 cup
Tomato: 50 gm
Chole: 80 gm
Garam masala: 5 gm
Turmeric: 2 gm
Chilli powder: 2 gm
Coriander powder: 5 gm
Lemon juice: 2 tspn
Salt: As per taste
Add oil, onion, cumin and salt in heated oil.
Make a paste of the garlic, ginger, cilantro, chillies and add to the pan with the onions.
Add the spices and stir with the paste.
Add pureed tomatoes, boiled chickpeas(soak chickpeas overnight and cook in a cooker for - whistles). Add water(around ml).
Turn the flame to medium-low and cook for - minutes.
Add garam masala and once the curry thickens, switch off the flame. Add the lemon juice and serve hot.
