Ghee 10 gms
Soak gms of chickpeas in water for to hours. . Add salt in chickpeas and Pressure cook for whistles. . Heat gms ghee in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and garlic. . Stir well until golden brown. . Add onions and stir well until they soften . Add tomatoes, green chilies and mix all ingredients well. . Salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder. . Cover the lid until tomatoes softened. . Add chickpeas and coriander powder. . Mix all the ingredients well. . Cover the lid and maintain slow flame for minutes.
