Rice 30g
Green Bell Pepper 100g
Onion 100g
Salt+ Pepper + Chilli Flakes
Soya sauce + Chilli Sauce + Vinegar
Olive oil 5ml
Soak soya chunks and give them a boil, squeeze and keep aside. Boil rice and keep aside. In a wok, heat oil. Add diced bell pepper and onion. Sauté on high for few minutes. Add soya chunks, all the spices and sauces. Finally add the rice and toss for another - minutes.
