soya -40gm rice flour-20gm bell pepper-20gm onion-20gm spring onion-20gm oil-15gm soya sauce-1tbsp chilli sauce-1tsp vinegar-1tsp salt and white pepper - to taste
soak soya in boiling water , drain water and keep aside. . Add rice glour to soya and shallow fry or air fry in ml oil. . In pan take remaining ml oil to saute onion and bell pepper . . Add all sauces to the above mixture. . Add soya that was shadow fried. . Add all seasonings . . serve hot with rice or noodles
