Make a mixture of shredded cheese (I used mozzarella and cheddar), finely chopped green chillies, coriander and prawns, butter, salt, pepper and mustard. Lightly toast the bread slices and then spread the mixture and toast again for -min for the prawns to cook and cheese to melt out. Enjoy!
