Boiled chick peas-125 g /50 g raw ( soaked overnight and pressure cooked with salt and ginger garlic paste)
Broccoli, tomato or veggies of your choice
Chilli flakes
All purpose seasoning/ any seasoning of your choice
Iceberg lettuce leaves for garnish
Soak g white chickpeas overnight in water and pressure cook with salt and ginger garlic paste
Sauté / grill or blanch broccoli or any other veggies of your choice
Clean and arrange lettuce leaves in a bowl, then mix boiled chana with dry spices and add to lettuce leaves cups , arrange veggies You can also add chopped veggies mixed with chickpeas
