Chicken breast 400 gms
Hung curd 200 gms
wheat - 150 gms
Ginger Garlic paste 1tbsp
tandoori chicken masala 2tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
Mint and cilantro
Use gms of hung curd and add it to the chicken breast also add the gimger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt to taste and lemon juice. Mix well and keep it in the fridge overnight
Grill/roast/pan fry the chicken as per the method you want, I like the chicken to hold the moisture hence I pan fried it
Make rotis with the gms of wheat, you can also fry it if you have the oil provision
use the gms of hung curd left and add it in the grinder along with cilantro and mint to make the chutney
Add the chutney to the roti and the chicken with onions and top it off with lime juice and its ready
