Chicken - 150 grams
Paneer - 100 grams
Spinach - 100 grams
Cheese (diced) - 30 grams
Salt, pepper, chaat masala, garlic paste and jeera powder
Add the spinach leaves to a pan on a high flame (don't use water or oil), just dry the spinach leaves and cook them, keep moving it around, set it aside once done.
Crumble the paneer and mix with the grated cheese and the spinach, add some salt, pepper, tsp chaat masala and a little pinch or of jeera powder.
Mince the chicken and mix salt,pepper and ginger garlic paste in it and mix witht the paneer, cheese and palak mixture nicely.
On a pan take some butter and make balls out of the batter and cook it nicely in the pan.
Be careful to balance the salt and oepper as it's used both in the chicken and in the other mixture.
