4 curry leaves
Half onion long chopped
Coconut oil
Red chilly powder
Kolhapuri onion garlic masala or kanda lasun masala( available in any grocery store)
Step - Marinate chicken with red chilly powder for hour
Step - Then add Kolhapuri chicken masala to marinated chicken and keep it for min
Step - Pour gms of coconut oil in non sticky pan
Step - Put onion and curry leaves and sauté until it turns brown
Step - Add marinated chicken
Step - Cook it for min on low flame
Already chicken masala will have sufficient salt so salt can be avoided. Squeeze lemon n serve it hot
