chicken breast boneless 200 gm
onion 1/2
tomato 1/2
green chilli 2
green capsicum 1/2
ghee 5 gm
jeera
red chili powder
chicken masala
turmeric powder
garam masala
coriander for garnish
mince the boneless chicken in grinder
in pan add ghee jeera and green chilli
add capsicum and onion
add little bit salt and cover it till onion is little soft and golden in colour
add tomato finely chopped
add all the dry masala mentioned above
once it's raw smell is gone add the minced chicken and salt as per taste
mix everything properly
cover it nad simmer the gas for mins. keep mixing in between so that it does not stick in bottom of pan
add coriander leaves and serve hot
