1 onion (medium size)
1 tomato (small size)
Some Cabbage for dressing
1 Cheese slice
1 pinch Carrom Seed ( Ajwain)
1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Jeera Powder
Salt as per taste
10 gm Oil/Ghee
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Green Chutney
Roti Dough: Mix flour, salt and carrom seeds with the help of some water to form a dough. Now make to roti with the flour and keep it aside. For Frankie Mix: Add oil to the wok. Saute onion in a wok Add ginger garlic paste and saute for mins Now add all the ingredients including chicken, all spices and tomatoes and let it cook for mins or until chicken is tender. For dressing: Mix some grated Cabbage and onion. Assembly Add some drop of oil on separate Tawa Put roti and turn the side Apply some green chutney Add cheese slice Add sautéed chicken Add some cabbage onion dressing and wrap it in a roll Serve hot with some dip or ketchup
