boneless chicken breast-fillet

onions

ginger-garlic paste

tomato pure'd

Method

Step 1

at high flame stir chicken onion ginger garlic chillies black pepper and bay leaf ( med size onion) in gm ghee

Step 2

add salt to taste, Shan chicken jalfrezi masala, and kasoori methi.

Step 3

add freshly pureed tomatoes ( tomatoes)

Step 4

sauté, stir

Step 5

let it cook in low flame till oil separates
