Chicken breast 230gms
Small Onion 100gms
Tomato 100gms
Gingerly oil 15ml
Pinch of Mixed herbs
1tbsp sambhar powder
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
Sauté cut onion , ginger garlic paste in gingerly oil and add a green cut chilli if needed .
Add tomato and cook till smashed well
Add a tbsp of water and cover and cook a couple of minutes
Add a tbsp of sambhar powder and mix well. Add in cleaned and cut chicken breasts and cover and cook in simmer. Add a tbsp or of water and ensure it doesn’t get burnt at the bottom. Cover and cook and it should be done in mins. Remove the cover and cook in high flame for the chicken to thicken and turn to a yummy Chukka fry! Garnish with a pinch of mixed herbs and dive in 😋
