150 g shredded cabbage
40 g Spring onions
125 g Chicken breast diced
5 g oil
1 tsp grated ginger
Whole spices ( 2 cardomom, 1 cinanmon stick, 1 star anise)
1 knorr broth cube
Place a non stick pan/cooker on low flame and add in oil once hot. Saute the diced chicken pieces along with some salt & pepper. Once done take it out in a plate.
Now in the same pan/cooker add in whole spices, chopped spring onion whites, ginger, cabbage and saute well for - mins till the raw smell of cabbage is gone.
Now add in ml of water and the knorr cube. Add some additional salt if needed. Now close a lid and cook for - whistles.
Once done switch off the flame. Let the steam escape and then open the lid add in the pre cooked chicken slices.
Serve the soup hot into individual bowls. Granish with some chopped corriander, extra pepper, chilly flakes & a dash of lemon juice.
