Rice 60gm

oil 7.5ml
mix veg 100gm (onion, tomato, couple of carrots slices, cauliflower, drum sticks)
cheese 2 slices
Soak Urad dal, very few methi seeds and Rice separately overnight.
grind them separately and mix them together. let the ferment for - hrs
Pressure cook toor daal. Boil all the vegetables separately in water. Heat Oil in kadhai, give tadka of raai, curry patta, sambar masalas. Add boiled vegetables. Add the cooked dal. Let it boil for few min.
Heat a non stick tawa. Spread the batter. let it be a bit thick. sprinkle dry podi chutney for flavor. I haven't counted macros of podi chutney. spread finely chopped tomato n onion on it. let it cook. Flip n cook the other side.
Flip Again n cut n place cheese slice on uttapam. (i dint have cubes. shredded cheese will be better). Enjot it hot with hot sambar.
