All purpose flour-50 gms
deffated soya flour-30 gms

curd-25 gms
butter 10 gms
1/2 spoon garlic red chilli crushed

Take bowl ,to it all all purpose flour,soya flour ,lil salt,Stevia, banking powder ,soda and curd with the help of normal water make lil sticky dough..it should form ball shape..take a gm butter in hand and rub the dought with it and keep aside.
Now take butter(room temperature) in a bowl to it add lil oregano,crushed red chilly/ flakes and garlic and lil chopped coriander mix well nd keep aside.
now dust the kitchen counter with dry flour and on it keep the dough and with the help of hands make thick roti like pizza.
to it apply butter mixture all over keeping the edges untouched..put grated cheese in the half section of roti ,apply water to the edges and cover it with the half portion without cheese. make cuts on top with the help of knife..tap the corners of bread with folk ,.apply left over butter mixer on top and airfry for min..ready to serve.
