Veggies- capsicum and tomato
garlic / garlic powder /garlic bread seasoning
spices- chilly flakes, salt, cumin powder,black pepper
Soak soya chunks ( gms) in normal water for - minutes.
Squeeze excess water from soya chunks nicely ,heat a non stick pan and add oil (-tbsp) in to the pan.
Add grated garlic (- cloves) saute it for half a minute .
Add soya chunks to the oil ,keep the flame low and saute it for nearly minutes till light brown
Now add spices- salt, pinch of black pepper, chilly flakes, garam masala(optional), mix really well
Add veggies- half a tomato and half a capsicum (small), let it soften for couple of minutes
Then add a slice of cheese,let it melt completely and stir well till it covers soya completely
Your cheese chilly soya is ready. Enjoy!!!
