Black chana: 100 gm
Tomatoes: 2 or 120 gm
Onion: 1 or 70 gm
Cucumber: 1 or 60 gm
Coriander leaves: To garnish
Potato: 30 gm
Salt: To taste
Chaat masala: 1/2-1 tsp
Black salt: 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Boil chana in cooker with water till completely cooked.
Chop tomato, onion, cucumber, coriander leaves and keep this mix refrigerated till use.
In a bowl mix chana, tomato, cucumber, coriander leaves, potato, chaat masala, lemon juice, salt, black salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder.
Mix all well and serve chilled.
