onion, tomato, oil, cauliflower (cut into small size) , ginger garlic paste, required spices, green chillies - 1 or 2 depending upon spices
I used the ingredients mentioned in my diet plan and the quantity. onion- gms tomato- gms oil - gms cauliflower - gms Take a pan and heat oil, splutter jeera seeds ( tsp), add ginger garlic paste ( tsp). once we get aroma of ginger n garlic, add onions and chillies. lets them cook till onion is soft. and all necessary spices and mix with cauliflower n tomato. close the lid and cook till cauliflower becomes soft. once its soft, open the lid and cook for another mins. add water if necessary while cooking the cauliflower. Garnish with kasturi methi n coriander leaves.
