Step 1

) In a mixing bowl, add grated paneer, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, red and yellow bell peppers. ) Add diet Mayo, salt and black pepper powder. ) Mix well and place the filling on slices of bread. ) Assemble the sandwich and dry roast on seasoned pan. Tasty, filling sandwich is ready.
