butter 1 tbsp
1 tbsp salt
1 tbso red chili powder
5 gm coriander
Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk with salt ,black peeper powder and red chili powder to your taste. . Heat oil in a pan, add tsp butter and allow it to melt. . Pour the egg mixture over the heated pan. . Cook the eggs for minute till it starts to set and place one slice of bread over it. . Add a layer of cheese and sprinkle chopped coriander. . Cover with another slice of bread and press it. . Now flip it and push the edges under the bread and cook for - minutes to cook both the sides.
