Bread: 50 gm
Eggs: 2 pieces
Cheese :1 slice
Ghee: 5 gm
Spices, as per taste: Salt, black pepper, garam masala, oregano and chilli flakes
Break the eggs in a bowl, add salt, black pepper, garam masala and whisk it.
Add ghee on a non stick pan and pour the eggs on it and let it cook on one side.
Add bread on the half uncooked side and flip it. Then add a cheese slice over it.
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes over it.
Flip one bread over the other after turning the omelette to fit in.
Bread omelette is ready to serve.
