Ingredients

Rice -35gms

Ghee -7gms

Cashew-10gms

Chicken -100gms

Ginger, garlic, curry leaves, spring onion

Beetroot and carrots-100gms each

Green peas and capsicum-50gms each

Method

Step 1

Add ghee and then add green chilli, ginger and garlic and curry leaves

Step 2

Once fried well add onion and sautee well.

Step 3

Next add chicken pre boiled (in salt pepper and garam masala). You can use paneer/ tofu / soya or even skip this part.

Step 4

Add grated carrot, beetroot some chopped capsicum and few green peas and cook on high flame for mins

Step 5

Add spices like salt, red chilli, coriander powder and garam masala. Add in the cooked rice and cook it for mins on low flame

Step 6

Garnish with cashew and spring onion
