Basic Sandwich 2 slices Bread 1 tomato sliced 1/2 tsp butter 1 Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt 1 Pinch Pepper Protein 2 hard boiled eggs Fruit 1 small banana 1/2 avocado

Method

Step 1

Smear butter to two slices of white bread Spread tomato sliced on on a slice . Add a pinch of Himalayan Pink salt and black pepper each . Cut into two halves and eat along with sliced banana, half avocado and two hard boiled eggs sprinkled with pinch of Himalayan pink salt and black pepper
