Ground cinnamon: 2.5gm / 1 tsp
Ripe bananas (peeled and sliced lengthwise): 120 gm / 2 no.s
Vanilla frozen yogur, low fat: 130 gm
Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
When the sugar mixture begins to bubble, stir in bananas and nuts.
Cook until bananas are hot, to minutes.
Remove bananas from the heat and serve over a small scoop of frozen yoghurt.
