2 onions

red chilli powder
dhaniya powder
ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoon water
Rice flour 1 teaspoon(optional)
Sprinkle salt and red chilli powder on thinly chopped onions and let them rest for mins till the onions start leaving water.
After mins, add besan flour to the mixture along with dhaniya powder, ginger garlic paste, water and rice flour.
Grease the OTG tray with a bit of oil and keep small pieces of onion batter as shown in the picture.
Bake the onion bhajis for mins at degrees. Remove the tray and change the side of the bhajis and let them bake for another mins
After baking is done, toast the bhajis on both sides for mins each.
After the Bhajis are properly baked and toasted, remove the tray from OTG and let it rest for sometime. Enjoy these delicious bhajis with your meal
