Unflavoured protein powder- 35g
Milk low fat- 100ml
Sweetener- as per the taste
Scoop out the avocado using spoon and add it to the mixer along with banana chunks. Churn it until you get thick nice paste.
Add protein powder, milk and sweetener (if needed) and churn again until you get thick nice smoothie consistency. Place it in the refrigerator to get it chilled and top it with almond roasted slits before serving. Enjoy!
