1.Amaranth Leaves- 100 gm
2.Onion-30 gm
3.Tomato - 20 gm
4.Coconut meat-30 gm
5.Oil-4 gm
6.Rice-45 gm
7.Corriander seeds,jeera,dry red chilles,curry leaves
8.green chilles and 2 pods of garlic
For Amanranth leaves veg In a pan add gm of oil then saute green chilles and a garlic pod.Add Chopped Amaranth leaves and saute till it become soft.
For Tomato Curry In a pan dry roast corriander seeds,jeera and red chilles and pod of garlic.
Once the mixture is cooled down, grind the above roasted mixture with coconut meat and tomato .
Before grinding add little turmeric to it.
Add gm oil and give tadka of curry leave..let it simmer the tomato curry is ready
Serve with Hot Steamed rice
