Green chilli-1
Garlic-4-5 pods
Ginger - half inch
Cheese cube -1
Besan / rice flour-10 g
Oil/ ghee -5 g
Sesame seeds - 5 g
Dhania jeera powder
Turmeric powder
Kashmiri chilli powder
Salt
-Grind raw soya chunks, ginger ,garlic & green chilli
-Add paneer & knead
-Add besan / rice flour for binding
-Add water slowly, till you can nicely bind the mixture
-Cut cheese cube into smaller pieces
-stuff cheese pieces in the center & roll Tikki
-coat sesame seeds on tikkis
- heat nonstick pan & brush oil
-shallow fry tikkis
- serve with mint corriander chutney or homemade tomato ketchup
