Garlic-ginger paste -1/2tsp
Dhaniya powder to taste
Lal mirch to taste
Amchoor to taste (you can use lemon later if not this)
Tumeric - one pinch
Salt to taste
Preheat the airfryer to max temperature. Soak soya nuggets in hot salted water as directed on packet and then squeeze all water out.
Mix all spices, water to the ginger garlic paste
Coat the nuggets with this mixture and keep aside for minutes
Now cook in the airfryer for about ten minutes (or until crisp)
Serve with mint chutney or just nibble as it is!
