Ingredients

- For the Filling:   100g High Protein Low Fat Paneer   - 100g Mushrooms (white, raw)   - 100g Mixed Veggies (Carrot, Capsicum, Tomato, etc.)   - 100g Onions (raw)   - 3g Olive Oil - For the Dough & Cooking:   - 95g Whole Wheat Flour   - 7g Olive Oil (for air frying)

Prepare the Filling:    - Saute onions, carrots, capsicum, tomato, coriander, and ginger-garlic in ml olive oil and add spices like chilly powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala.      - Add paneer and mushrooms and cook until the mixture is well combined.   . Make the Dough:    - Mix whole wheat flour with water, salt, and ajwain. Knead into a soft dough.   . Shape the Samosa:    - Roll out the dough into thin sheets.      - Cut into portions, fill with the prepared stuffing, and seal into samosa shapes.   .
