Step 1

Marinate the chicken in the following items ✔️Paste of coriander, mint, chillies, garlic, ginger , onion two 🧅 (quantities as per taste ) ✔️Black pepper ✔️ gm curd ✔️Salt Heat butter gm and only fry the pieces till they are - percent done. Smoke the pieces in air fryer for min at degrees. You can use bbq or “chulha “ . simmer the marinade and add the pieces as shown . Garnish with kasuri methi and serve
