Method

Step 1

Take cup of suji and mix half cup of curd in it . Add half tbsp salt and half cup of water then mix it and keep batter for minutes rest. Now add half sachet of eno fruit salt with some water and again mix the batter . Take a greased tin and pour the batter in it . Put in steamer for minutes. After it, Sprinkle tadka of Rai, kadhi patta over the steamed dhokla and itโ€™s ready to eat ๐Ÿ˜‹
