No fat greek yogurt - 90g
Oil- 1g
For soya chunks, marinate in greek yogurt (g) with some spices of choice- I added chaat masala, black salt, red chilli, coriander powder and everything leftover seasoning from Trader joe’s (optional) . Add g oil to a pan and roast the marinated soya chunks until they start looking cooked . In a bowl, add g yogurt along with some salt and then finally add all the ingredients to it and mix well.
