For Pakora: Add gms of besan into a bowl, To that add turmeric & chilli powder.Also add one spoon of curd & pinch of baking soda.Add sliced onions to the bowl.Salt as per your taste.Add a bit of water to make a thick batter.
Place the mixture in the air fryer for mins at °c
For Kadhi:Take remaining besan in a bowl ,add curd,water and mix it well.make it slurry consistency.Dont worry about water since it will go away once u boil it.
To a kadhai,add ml of oil,curry leaves,green mirchi,and add the mixture for kadhi.Stir it properly and keep on flame for - mins until the raw smell of besan goes away. Then add the pakoras
Final step:Tadka:In ml of oil/ghee add jeera,dry chilli,methi seeds, coriander seeds & dry chilli powder.Make the tempering and add to the kadhi pakora.
Keep it covered for at least mins to get the best results
