Tomato - 500gm (Roughly Chopped)
Coriander Leaves with thin stems - 50gms
Garlic flakes - 5
Ginger - 1 inch
Ghee - 5 gm
Green chillies - 1
Cloves -5
Cinnamon stick (small)
Bay Leaves - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Water as required
Heat ml water in a pan add tomatoes,Ginger,garlic, green chillies ,cloves ,bay leaves , cinnamon stick,saltand coriander leaves with thin stems.cover and allow it to boil for mins on low flame.
Strain the mixture nicely with strainer and keep aside.
Heat a tadka pan add ghee, chopped garlic flakes,cumin seeds and chopped coriander.fry for few seconds.
Mix the tadka with shorba ,add Black pepper powder and bring it to boil for - mins. Serve Hot.
