Kadhi 250 ml buttermilk 8 gm besan (gram flour) ½ tsp stevia, salt 5 gm oil cumin seeds,mustard seeds 2 green chili, chopped ginger garlic paste A few curry leaves Chopped coriander for garnish
Moong dal khichdi process: .Wash moong dal and rice. . Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and hing. . Add chopped onions and tomatoes. . Add garlic-ginger paste and cook for a few seconds. . Add red chili powder, turmeric, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften. . Add soaked dal and rice, mix well. . Pour enough water. . Close the lid and cook for whistles on medium heat. . Let the pressure release naturally, then mix well and serve hot. Enjoy your comforting khichdi!
kadhi process: .In a bowl, mix buttermilk, besan, stevia, and salt. Whisk well to avoid lumps. . Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chili, garlic-ginger paste, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few seconds. . Lower the flame and slowly add the buttermilk mixture, stirring continuously. . Cook on low flame for - minutes until it slightly thickens. . Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot. Enjoy your light and delicious kadhi!
