Soy sauce: 10 gm
Sugar: 5 gm
Oyster sauce: 10 ml
Spring onion: 35 gm
Thai basil leaves: 8-10 leaves
Garlic: 2 cloves
Bird eye chilli: 1
Water: 1 tbsp
Cut paneer into cubes.
Fine chop green chillies, garlic, onions.
In a bowl mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, water and set aside.
Heat up oil in a wok over a high flame.
Add spring onions, garlic, paneer and toss for - minutes.
To this add spring onions green, basil leaves.
Stir for seconds and serve immediately with steamed rice.
