Soya nuggets :30 gm
Wheat flour:30 gm
Vegetables of choice for topping
Olive oil 1 tsp added to dough and 1 tsp for brushing
Cheese cube 1
Pizza sauce- 1/2 tsp
Yeast : 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oregano/pizza spices of choice
Grind soyabean nuggets to a fine flour. . Add wheat, instant yeast, tsp oil. . Knead the dough with lukewarm water. Add water very gradually. Soya bean flour tends to be sticky otherwise. . Let it rise for half an hour at least.(ideally, overnight in the fridge) . Roll out the pizza dough and brush with olive oil. Keep aside for minutes . Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce . Spread chopped vegetables and grated cheese . Bake at F till edges are crisp and cheese golden
