Coconut oil - 10 GMs
Onion - 50 GMs
Tomato - 50 GMs
French beans/ Capsicum - 50 GMs
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - as per taste
* Soak soya granules in hot water for minutes * Chop the vegetables into small pieces * Heat a pan with coconut oil, add onion, tomato & vegetables one by one, sauté them for mins. * Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, sauté them for mins in medium flame to remove the raw smell of the masala.
Squeeze and add the soya granules to the pan ans sauté for mins There you go the scrumptious meal is ready with in mins
