2 whole eggs

Seasonal vegetables

Oil to make cheelas

Method

Step 1

In a chopper add whole eggs . Add gms defatted soya flour . / cup water to make batter . Seasonal vegetables of your choice like capsicum, mushrooms, onions, carrots, coriander, green chilli etc . Indian Spices of your choice like turmeric, coriander and chilli powder etc and salt to taste . Make a thick batter using chopper . Spread oil on nonstick tawa n cook covered . Garnish with tomato chutney and salads
