1/4 TSP cumin seeds
Few curry leaves for aroma
40 gm Onion
80 gm Tomatoes
90 gm soya chunks
5 gm coriander leaves
Wash and soak soya chunks in water for mins
Drain and squeeze the Chunks for further use
Heat a pan and add oil
After oil is heated add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves
Add onions and saute well till translucent
Add tomatoes and saute till mushy
Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, Garam masala. Add and adjust to your taste.
Add drained and squeezed soya chunks. Mix well and close the pan and let it simmer for mins.
After mins switch off and mix with cut coriander leaves.
