Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Greek Yoghurt:2tsp:20gms
Salt as per taste
Finely chopped mix vegetables of your choice :100gms
Oil: 4gms : use within your macros
Pepper powder: 3 pinch
STEP- . Mix ragi flour and suji well . Add yoghurt , baking soda, salt and whisk wel without any lumps . Keep it aside for mins
STEP- . Now finely chop vegetables of your choice and add little salt and pepper powder and keep aside for mins
STEP- . Heat pan grease it with oil . Once the pan is hot . Pour the batter and sprinkle vegetables on top of the poured batter , let it cook on medium flame . Now flip side carefully . Serve hot with any sauce or any side dish or your choice
