High Protein Moong Dal Chilla:
100g Tata Sampann Protein Rich Moong Dal Chilla mix
1 cup water
10g Oil / Butter / Fat of your choice
1/2 tspn turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion, tomato, cilantro
Buttermilk/ Chaas:
1 cup plain yoghurt, 2 cups cold water
1/2 tspn cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala
1 green chilli
1/2
1 tbspn chopped cilantro
High Protein Moong Dal Chilla Mix g content of the Tata Sampann ready to mix Moong Dal protein rich mix along with cup water. Whisk well to remove any lumps. Add all the other listed ingredients into the batter and whisk well. Add salt for seasoning as per taste. Pour few drops of oil/butter on a hot non-stick pan to grease it. Pour the batter using a ladle and spread it in outward circular motion. Cook both sides till it becomes crispy golden brown. One can choose to garnish it with few raw veggies on the side and serve it hot with a chilled buttermilk.
Buttermilk/ Chaas Add all the Buttermilk/ Chaas ingredients to a blender. Pour into the serving glass, you can opt to garnish with fresh cilantro/ mint and serve extra chilled with more ice cubes.
