Ingredients

Broth from pork- 500ml

pork- 60gm

veggies(french beans, carrot, ginger, garlic, spring onions, onion etc) -60-80gms

Spices: garam masala, redchilli powder, pepper, salt

butter-3gms

Noodles -35gms

chilli sauce and soya sauce-4gms each

Method

Step 1

Add butter and finely chopped ginger and garlic on high flame till almost crispy

Step 2

next add onions and veggies sautee and add the broth with all spices and sauces

Step 3

shred the meat and add it to the above mixture ( meat has to be boiled in advance with cinnamon, peppercorns, star anise, cloves and salt)

Step 4

Boil noodles separately till Al denge and add it to the above mixture just mins before switching off the flame. Adjust consistency of liquid as per choice

Step 5

Garnish with some spring onions

Step 6
